We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We want you to love your product. If it has been 30 days or less since your purchase date, then your product can be refunded or exchanged for another replacement product like the one purchased. If more than 30 days has passed since your purchase date, then in the event there is an inherent product defect covered under the 12 Month Product Defect Warranty (see the Exchanges section below), your product can be exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, FIRST OBTAIN AN RMA # by contacting D-Fit by Deawna at or at 412-219-7880. Items returned without having first received a valid RMA# will not be accepted for processing, and no refund or exchange will be issued. Once a valid RMA# is obtained, mail your product to: 736 W. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at or at 412-219-7880.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and covered by the Product Defect Warranty. This warranty covers defects or damage inherent in the product as a result of manufacturing and/or storage and/or transportation flaws before the customer received the item. This warranty applies for the first 12 months after the purchase date. It does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse or accidental damage of the product. If your item is covered under this 12 Month Product Defect Warranty, first contact D-Fit by Deawna at or 412-219-7880 to obtain a valid RMA#. Once a valid RMA# has been obtained, then mail the item to: 736 W. Ingomar Road, Ingomar, Pennsylvania US 15127. Once the product has been received and verified as defective, a replacement product will be sent to the address provided by the customer. There will be no shipping charge to you for the shipping of the replacement item. If you would like to be reimbursed for the shipping to return the defective product, please enclose a receipt for your shipping charges. A maximum of $5.00 will be refunded to you for the return shipping charge.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except for a product that was deemed defective under the 12 Month Product Defect Warranty within the first 12 months of the shipping date. Please see the Exchange section above for details on how shipping charges are handled in this case.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot issue refunds or exchanges on items that were not ultimately returned. Therefore, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The shipping carrier would have to be consulted in the event a shipment does not reach its destination.
